1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cw77 ("cw77", "we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the cw77 website, mobile platform, casino games, sports betting services, and all associated features and content (collectively, the "Services").

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on cw77, you must at all times satisfy the following criteria:

• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence;

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that prevents you from doing so;
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order from cw77 or any other gambling operator with a reciprocal exclusion arrangement.

Age Verification

cw77 conducts age verification checks at multiple stages of the player journey — at registration, at the point of first deposit, and at any subsequent time that cw77 determines a verification review is necessary. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents to satisfy age and identity verification requirements:

• A government-issued national identity card (CNIC) or passport;

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the cw77 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Registration Requirements

Account Security

Where cw77 determines that accounts registered at the same address constitute duplicate registrations by the same individual, bonuses may be forfeited and accounts may be suspended pending investigation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

cw77 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through a range of locally available payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, USDT, and Cash OTC. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed in the cw77 cashier section;
• cw77 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges;
• Deposits are generally credited to your cw77 PKR balance within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. cw77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit by the same account holder, or to a verified payment method in the account holder's name;
• Before processing any withdrawal, cw77 may require completion of the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, including identity, address, and payment method verification;
• Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits as published in the cashier section. Requests exceeding single-transaction limits may be processed in instalments;
• cw77 aims to process withdrawal requests within 30 minutes to 24 hours for standard requests. High-value withdrawals may require additional review time;
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed the registration and age verification process. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method;
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement — expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x) — before any associated winnings can be transferred to the real-money balance and withdrawn;
• Wagering contributions from different game types vary. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live table games, sports bets, and poker may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the individual offer terms;

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

Sports Betting

• All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. cw77 reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously erroneous odds caused by technical errors;
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. cw77 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice;
• Match results are settled according to official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL fixtures);
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with cw77's rules for that specific market, which are published on the platform.

Casino Games

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cw77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or assisting any third party in creating a duplicate account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any verification process;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise legally prohibited from gambling;

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cw77 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any cw77 content without express written permission;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any cw77 software;
• Use cw77 trademarks or branding in any context without prior written authorisation;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the cw77 website on any other website or platform.

10 Privacy & Data

cw77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering a cw77 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11 Limitation of Liability

12 Account Termination

Upon account closure for cause, cw77 reserves the right to withhold any funds pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, verified funds will be returned to the player. 13 Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the cw77 platform — including game outcomes, withdrawal processing, bonus disputes, or account decisions — you should follow the steps below:

14 Amendments

cw77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, cw77 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on your account or by a prominent notice on the platform. Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect player rights — may be made without prior notice.

The current version of these Terms is always available at cw77.club/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the cw77 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and may request account closure.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cw77 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure set out in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section limits cw77's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent fraudulent or abusive use of the platform.
